分析正骨推拿治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨正骨推拿治疗偏瘫肩痛的临床疗效,以便为未来该病的治疗提供更科学、合理有效的临床治疗依据。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月本院收治的偏瘫肩痛患者进行回顾性分析,按整群随机化将其分成两组,每组各51例,两组患者均行常规治疗与护理;对照组在在此基础上行中药熏药及超短波治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础行正骨推拿法治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后实验组患者的临床疗效、运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)的上肢运动功能评价、语言评价量表(Verbal Rating Scale,VRS)疼痛程度分级与对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在偏瘫肩痛的临床治疗中,实施正骨推拿治疗的临床疗效效果极佳,有较高的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of orthopedic massage on hemiplegia patents with shoulder pain,so as to provide a more scientific,reasonable and effective clinical treatment basis for the future treatment.Methods:Patients with hemiplegia patents with shoulder pain were divided into two groups according to the randomization of whole group,51 cases in each.Both groups were given routine treatment and nursing;the control group was treated by the TCM medicine fumigation and ultrashort wave more;the treatment group was treated by orthodontic massage more.The e ffects in two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,there were signi ficantly differences of the efficacy,Fugl-Meyer upper limb motor function and VRS pain degree between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The orthodontic massage on hemiplegia patients with shoulder pain shows an excellent effect and good clinical value.
