消痹软膏治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变52例

摘　　要：目的:评价消痹软膏外用治疗2型糖尿病性周围神经病变(Diabetic Periphral Neuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效。方法:采用“随机数字表法”将52例DPN患者随机分为消痹软膏组及对照组。两组均给予控制血糖、血压、血脂、体质量及口服甲钴胺基础治疗,消痹软膏组在基础治疗上加用外搽消痹软膏,对照组在基础治疗上外用甘油膏剂,治疗4周。观察两组患者在治疗前后主观症状(下肢麻木、发凉、感觉减退、肢软无力、肌肉萎缩、四肢疼痛症状)、多伦多系统(Toronto Clinical Scoring System,TCSS)评分及神经传导速度变化,进行统计学分析。结果:治疗4周后消痹软膏能改善患者主观症状,总有效率为84%,降低TCSS评分,增加腓浅神经感觉传导速度。结论:消痹软膏治疗DPN安全有效。Objective:To evaluate the clinical e fficacy of the Xiaobi ointment(消痹软膏)on DPN.Methods:52 DPN patients were randomly divided into the Xiaobi ointment group and the control group by random number table method.Both groups were given basic treatment of controlling blood sugar,blood pressure,blood lipid,body weight and oral mecobalamin.The Xiaobi ointment group was treated by external application of Xiaobi ointment more,while the control group was treated by glycerin ointment more for 4 weeks.The subjective symptoms in two groups(numbness of lower limbs,chills,hypoesthesia,limb weakness,muscle atrophy,limb pain),TCSS scores and nerve conduction velocity before and after treatment were observed by statistical analysis.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the Xiaobi ointment can improve the subjective symptoms,reduce TCSS scores,and increase super ficial peroneal nerve sensory conduction velocity.The total effective rate is 84%,Conclusion:The Xiaobi ointment can e ffectively treat DPN with high safety.
