心脉瘀阻型冠心病活血补气疗法治疗对炎症反应的干预影响

摘　　要：目的:分析心脉瘀阻型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)活血补气疗法治疗对炎症反应的影响。方法:选择2017年1月-2018年8月在我院接受治疗的心脉瘀阻型冠心病患者102例,采用抛币法,将患者分为观察组与对照组,对照组实施常规西医治疗,观察组增加中医活血补气疗法,对比两组临床疗效、炎症反应变化。结果:观察组患者于对照组相比在治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(High Sensitivity C-reactive Protein,hs-CRP)水平均更优;观察组患者接受治疗后的中医证候积分和对照组相比更低;观察组患者在治疗后收获的临床总有效率和对照组相比更高,组间数据对比差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:心脉瘀阻型冠心病采用活血补气疗法能够帮助患者缓解症状,改善身体各项指标,促进炎症反应减轻,提高临床疗效。Objective:To analysis efficacy of the Huoxue Buqi therapy(活血补气疗法)on inflammatory reaction of CHD of the Xinmai Yuzu type(心脉瘀阻型).Methods:From January 2017 to August 2018,102 patients with CHD of the Xinmai Yuzu type in our hospital were divided into the observation group and the control group with flipping a coin.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated in the intergrative medicine.Clinical e fficacy and in flammatory reaction in two groups were compared.Results:TNF-αand IL-6,hs-CRP in the observation group were better than those in the contral group.TCM syndrome scores in the observation were less than those in the control.Clinical efficacy in the observation was higher than that in the control.Di fferences were statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Huoxue Buqi therapy can relieve symptoms,and improve physical indicators and Clinical efficacy,and decrease inflammatory reaction.
