摘　　要：目的:评估玉龙散贴剂结合功能锻炼治疗寒湿型肩周炎对白细胞介素-6含量及疗效的影响。方法:将80例符合寒湿型肩周炎的患者按1∶1的比例随机分成玉龙散贴剂外敷治疗组和好及施(温感)外敷对照组。两组均配合功能锻炼及口服同剂量的正清风痛宁缓释片治疗。结果:两组总有效率无明显差异,但治疗组的愈显率优于对照组(P<0.001);两组患者白细胞介素-6含量均有一定的下降,治疗组下降较明显(P<0.001);疼痛感及肩关节活动均有改进,但治疗组改善较为明显,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:玉龙散贴剂治疗肩周炎疗效好,有效减轻患者的疼痛、改善关节活动度,值得临床推广。Objective:Evaluation of the effect of Yulong san(玉龙散)patches combined with functional exercise on the content and effect of interleukin-6 in patients with the Hanshi type(寒湿型)shoulder inflammation.Method:80 patients with the Hanshi type shoulder inflammation were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Both groups were given functional exercise and oral administration of the same dose of the Zhengqing Fengtongning(正清风痛宁)sustained-release tablets.Results:There was no signi ficant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups,but the cure rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.001).The levels of interleukin-6 was decreased in both groups,and the treatment group was decreased signi ficantly(P<0.001);pain and shoulder joint activity were improved,but the treatment group improved significantly,the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The Yulong san patch is e ffective in the treatment of frozen shoulder.It can e ffectively alleviate the pain of patients and improve the joint mobility of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
