自拟五仁汤治疗老年习惯性便秘疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟五仁汤治疗老年习惯性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将50例老年习惯性便秘患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,每组25例。对照组口服复方芦荟胶囊治疗,治疗组给予自拟五仁汤为主方治疗,对两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗后生活质量及平均排便时间、排便次数予以比较分析。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗组平均排便频率及排便时间均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟五仁汤治疗老年习惯性便秘疗效明显,值得推广。To investigate the clinical effect of the Wuren decoction(五仁汤)on senile habitual constipation.Methods:50 elderly patients with habitual constipation were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,each group of 25 cases.The control group was given oral compound aloe capsule treatment,the treatment group was given the Wuren decoction.The total efficiency,quality of life,the average defecation time,the number of bowel movements after treatment in groups were compared.Results:The total e fficiency in the treatment group was signi ficantly higher than that in the control group,and the di fference was statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).The quality of life in the treatment group was signi ficantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the average defecation frequency and defecation time were signi ficantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Wuren decoction is e ffective on senile habitual constipation and can be popularized.
