中西医结合治疗复发性尖锐湿疣应用与临床分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中西医结合治疗复发性尖锐湿疣效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月100例复发性尖锐湿疣患者,分为两组,各50例。对照组采取西医传统治疗,实验组采用了复方芪贯汤内服,复方青房汤外洗,配合激光皮损部治疗,疗程一个半月。对比两组治疗效果、复发情况、患者接受程度。结果:实验组随访12个月无复发。治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);而且观察组患者的免疫学指标均优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的复发率也明显低于对照组患者,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗复发性尖锐湿疣价格低,创伤小,无不良反应,无复发。Objective:To analysis the effect of the integrative medicine on recurrent condyloma acuminate.Methods:100 cases were divided into two groups,50 cases in each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;the experimental group was given the Fufang Qiguan decoction(复方芪贯汤)orally,the Fufang Qingfang decoction(复方青房汤)washed plus laser.Results:The experimental group had no recurrence after 12 months of follow-up.After treatment,the total efficiency in the observation group was 100%,signi ficantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of immunological indicators in the observation group was signi ficantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrative medicine on recurrent condyloma acuminata has low price,little trauma,no side effects,no recurrence.
