小柴胡汤联合甘草制剂对乙肝患者肝功能疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨小柴胡汤联合甘草制剂对慢性乙型肝炎(简称乙肝)患者的治疗效果。方法:选取2014年7月-2017年6月来我院接受治疗的慢性乙肝患者90例,将这90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组患者均给予维生素类以及复方氨基酸等常规护肝治疗,对照组患者给予复方甘草酸单铵静脉滴注进行治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上加服小柴胡汤进行治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较两组患者治疗后的肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标以及乙型肝炎病毒标志物转阴率。结果:经过治疗后,治疗组患者的各项肝功能指标较对照组有明显的改善,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者治疗后肝纤维化指标与对照组相比,得到了明显的降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者乙型肝炎病毒标志物转阴率均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小柴胡汤联合复方甘草酸单铵治疗慢性乙肝具有显著的治疗效果,值得临床推广。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of efficacy of the Xiaochaihu decoction(小柴胡汤)plus Licorice preparation on liver function in patients with hepatitis B.Methods:From July 2014 to June 2017,90 cases were divided into two groups.All patients were given conventional treatment,including Vitamins and compound amino acids,etc..The control group was given compound monoammonium glycyrrhizinate intravenous drip;and the treatment group was given the Xiaochaihu decoction more,for 3 months.Results:After treatment,the liver function indexes in the treatment group were more obvious than the control group(P<0.01).The liver fibrosis index in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The negative rate of hepatitis B virus markers in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaochaihu decoction plus Licorice preparation on liver function in patients with hepatitis B shows good effects,and is worthy of promotion.
