清肺化瘀汤联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童大叶肺炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究与分析清肺化瘀汤联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童大叶肺炎临床疗效观察。方法:选取我院自2016年3月-2018年3月收治的95例儿童大叶性肺炎作为研究对象,随机分成两组。治疗组48例给予自拟方清肺化瘀汤联合阿奇霉素治疗;对照组47例阿奇霉素治疗。结果:治疗组在临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组相比发热持续时间、咳嗽持续时间、肺部啰音恢复时间、影像学指征恢复正常时间缩短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗前相比潮气量(VT/kg)、达峰时间比(TPTEF/TE)、达峰容积比(VPTEF/VE)水平均无明显差异(P>0.05),两组治疗后与治疗前相比VT/kg、TPTEF/TE、VPTEF/VE水平均得到了明显的改善,与对照组治疗后相比,治疗组治疗后上述指标改善更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组相比不良反应发生率明显减少(P<0.05)。结论:清肺化瘀汤联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童大叶肺炎临床疗效临床疗效确切,能够加快症状消失时间,且安全性高。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Qingfei Huayu decoction(清肺化瘀汤)plus azithromycin on children with large lobar pneumonia.Methods:95 children with lobar pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups.48 patients in the treatment group were given the Qingfei Huayu decoction plus azithromycin.In the control group,47 patients received azithromycin.Results:The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of fever,the duration of cough,the recovery time of lung voice,and the time to normal imaging were shortened.The treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly reduced in the treatment group compared with the control group.Conclusion:The Qingfei Huayu decoction plus azithromycin shows effects,can speed up the disappearance of symptoms and has high safety.
