自拟补气通经汤治疗气虚血瘀型胸痹的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察对气虚血瘀型胸痹患者行以自拟补气通经汤治疗的临床效果。方法:从2016年5月-2018年9月择取我院收治的40例气虚血瘀型胸痹患者进行研究,按照数字奇偶法将其分成对照组和研究组,对照组(20例)患者行以扩张冠脉、抗血小板、调脂、稳定斑块等西药治疗,研究组(20例)患者在扩张冠脉、抗血小板、调脂、稳定斑块等西药治疗基础上加用自拟补气通经汤治疗,对照分析两组临床效果。结果:从心电图改善疗效上来看,研究组为95.0%,对照组为60.0%,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;从临床症状改善疗效上来看,研究组为85.0%,对照组为56.0%,研究组高于对照组,P<0.05;治疗前两组患者的全血比黏度、红细胞压积、血浆比黏度、血沉四项血液流变学指标对比差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组全血比粘度、红细胞压积、血浆比粘度、血沉四项血液流变学指标均下降,研究组低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对气虚血瘀型胸痹患者来说,采用自拟补气通经汤治疗可取得确切效果,不仅使心电图得到改善,还可以改善临床症状,且能降低血液流变学指标,临床价值显著。Objective:To observe clinical efficacy of the Buqi Tongjing decoction(补气通经汤)on chest obstruction of the Qixu Xueyu type(气虚血瘀型).Methods:From May 2016 to September 2018,40 cases were divided into two groups,20 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine,the study group was given the Buqi Tongjing decoction more.Results:The electrocardiogram improvement effect in the study group was 95.0%,and higher than 60.0%in the control group,P<0.05.The clinical symptom improvement effect in the study group was 85.0%,and higher than 56.0%in the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the whole blood specific viscosity,hematocrit,plasma specific viscosity and erythrocyte sedimentation rate in the two groups was decreased,and those in the study group was lower than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Buqi Tongjing decoction on chest obstruction of the Qixu Xueyu type shows good effects,can improve the efficacy of ECG and clinical symptoms,reduce blood rheology indicators,with significant clinical value.
