浅论汗法治疗冬重夏轻型银屑病血热证

摘　　要：本文主要通过论述冬重夏轻型银屑病(血热证)的临床表现、病理特点等方面,推出该证型病机为热郁于内、邪不得外发;再引经据典,深入探讨广汗法治疗原理及临床适应症,并结合临床病案分析,得出汗法可适用于冬重夏轻型银屑病,开阔了临床治疗思路。In this article,the clinical manifestations and pathological features of psoriasis of the Xuere syndrome(血热证)of the Dongzhong Xiaqing type(冬重夏轻型)were analyzed,and the conclusions of Reyu Yunei(热郁于内)and Xiebu Waifa(邪不外发)were proposed.According to classical theory,the treatment principle and clinical indications of the Han theory(汗法)are discussed,and clinical cases are combined to provide reference for clinical related treatment.
