摘  要:根据JJG 443-2006《燃油加油机》检定规程中的相关规定,设计了新型本质安全燃油加油机自动检定系统,可对燃油加油机检定中的各个环节进行自动监测记录,并实现加油机油枪出口温度、标准器内温度、体积和流量等参数的自动测量、智能采集和分析处理等功能。现场应用表明:相较于传统的检定模式,该系统不仅解决了温度计量中操作难度高和准确度低的问题及液位计量的自动化问题,而且提高了加油机自动检定的准确性和可靠性,有效提高了检定效率。According to the requirement of JJG 443-2006 Verification Regulation of Fuel Dispensers,a new intrinsic safety fuel dispenser automatic verification system is designed, which could not only automatically monitor and record every verification link, but also measure, collect and process the parameters such as temperature of oil muzzle and standard tank, volume, flow and so on. Field application showed that compared to the traditional method, this system solved the problem of high operation difficulty and low accuracy in temperature verification and automation in liquid level verification. Also it greatly ensured the accuracy and reliability of the data, and effectively improved verification efficiency.
