摘  要:为了更好地了解南黄海绿潮分布区浮游生物群落结构及环境现状,本研究于2019年春季(3月)对江苏近岸海域浮游生物样品进行了分析,并同步监测其他环境因子。结果表明,浮游植物共鉴定出4门34属63种,以硅藻为主,优势种共6种;浮游动物10大类21种,以桡足类为主,优势种共7种。环境因子(悬浮物、pH、DO、浊度、水温、活性磷酸盐和活性硅酸盐)各断面存在显著差异。Spearman相关性分析结果表明,环境因子悬浮物、p H、DO、盐度、水温、活性磷酸盐和活性硅酸盐与浮游生物群落参数呈一定相关性。This paper studied the community composition of plankton and environmental condition in green tide area of South Yellow sea in March(spring)in 2019.The results showed that:A total of 4 phyla,34 genera,and 63 species of net-phytoplankton were found,and diatom was the main dominant species.A total of 19 zooplakton taxa and 2 pelagic were identified,and copepod was the dominant species.There were significant differences in environmental factors,such as SS,p H,DO,turbidity,water temperature,PO4^3--P and SiO3^2--Si.Spearman analysis showed that SS,p H,DO,salinity,water temperature,PO4^3--P and SiO3^2--Si were the main factors influencing plankton community in spring.
