摘　　要：拥有良好的库存管理状态不仅能保证企业的正常运转,还可避免资金被过多占用。经济订货批量(economic order quantity,EOQ)模型通过定量分析库存费用求得一次订货多少最为合适,而理想化的假设条件影响了其适用的广泛性。为降低模型理想化程度,文中在其基础上进行假设条件改进,分别构建了双峰型产品需求变动的EOQ模型和维持库存费非线性的EOQ模型,通过分析假设变动给年库存总费用带来的变化,对新的年库存总费用表达式求导,进而得出在两改进模型下新的经济订货批量。为验证新模型的可行性和有效性,文中提出算例并作出原模型与改进模型的年库存费用对比表。研究结果表明,改进的EOQ模型能够求得更加经济或合理的订货批量。Having a good inventory management condition can not only guarantee the normal operation of enterprises,but also avoid the excessive occupation of funds. The economic order quantity model obtains the most suitable quantity of an order by quantitatively analyzing the inventory cost,but too ideal assumptions have influence on its wider application. In order to reduce the ideal degree of the model,this paper modifies assumptions based on the original model,the EOQ model of bimodal product variable demand and the EOQ model of holding nonlinearity of inventory cost are constructed respectively,by analyzing the change of annual total inventory cost caused by assumptions changed,the derivative of the new annual total inventory cost expression is calculated,and the new economic order quantity under the two modified model is calculated. For verifying the feasibility and validity of the new model,an example is presented and the annual inventory cost comparison table between the original model and the modified model is made. The result shows that the modified EOQ model can obtain more economical or reasonable order quantity.
