Outsourcing in the process of locomotive repair usually includes entrusted processing,entrusted test,process outsourcing,labor outsourcing,etc. Outsourcing management and control is related to the efficiency,quality of enterprises and the realization of customer cycle,which needs to be controlled in an all-round way.
