摘 要:化学体系可以弥补热水在低温下驱替效率差的问题,与热水起到协同作用大幅度提高稠油油藏的采收率。评价了两亲降黏剂DN的微观形态、界面性能等,研究了浓度、温度和水油比对体系降黏性能的影响;最后利用长岩芯驱替实验明确了热水与DN协同提高采收率的效果。结果表明,DN降黏剂兼具扩大波及体积和提高洗油效率的作用,可以有效分散、拆解稠油中的胶质沥青质;当其浓度为1500 mg·L^-1、体系水油比为6:4时可以获得最佳的降黏效果;温度升高,热水化学驱最终采收率增大,但是提高采收率幅度降低,降黏剂对提高采收率的贡献比降低。115℃时热水化学体系的总采收率最高,55℃时提高采收率幅度最大。Chemicals can change poor displacement efficiency of hot water at low temperature and greatly improve the recovery of heavy oil reservoirs together with hot water.The microscopic morphology and interface performance of the amphiphilic viscosity reducer DN were evaluated,and the effects of concentration,temperature and water-oil ratio on viscosity reduction were studied.The synergistic effect of hot water and DN to improve recovery was determined by a long core displacement experiment.The results show that DN can expand sweep volume and improve oil washing efficiency.Moreover,it can effectively disperse and dismantle the colloidal asphaltenes in heavy oil.The optimal viscosity reduction performance can be obtained when the concentration is 1500 mg·L^-1 and the water-oil ratio is 6:4.With the increase of temperature,the final recovery rate of hot water chemical flooding increases,while the extent of EOR and the contribution ratio of viscosity reducer to EOR decrease.The highest water chemical system total recovery efficiency and EOR are obtained at 115℃ and 55℃,respectively.
