摘 要:为强化折流杆换热器(RBHEs)的壳程传热,提出了用螺旋扁管代替传统圆管作为换热管应用于RBHEs,比较了螺旋扁管RBHES和传统圆管RBHEs的流动、传热和综合性能。结果表明:螺旋扁管RBHEs的管间速度更大,分布更加均匀;贴近换热管的壁面处,湍动能更大,流体温度更高。当入口速度低时,螺旋扁管RBHEs的传热系数大于圆管RBHEs,当入口速度高时,螺旋扁管RBHEs的传热系数小于圆管RBHEs。螺旋扁管RBHEs的压降比圆管RBHEs小33.60%。螺旋扁管RBHEs的综合性能评价指标(PEC)比圆管RBHEs的提高了65%~152%,且低速入口条件下,提高作用更明显。In order to enhance the shell-side heat transfer of rod-baffle heat exchangers(RBHEs),spiral-flat tubes were applied to substitute traditional circular tubes.The flow,heat transfer and comprehensive performance of spiral-flat tube RBHEs and traditional circular tube RBHEs were compared via numerical simulation.The results show that the velocity between tubes is higher in spiral-flat tube RBHEs with more uniform velocity distribution.Moreover,the turbulent kinetic energy and fluid temperature near tubes were higher.When the inlet velocity was lower,the heat transfer coefficient of spiral-flat tube RBHEs was larger than that of circular tube RBHEs.When the inlet velocity was higher,the heat transfer coefficient of spiral-flat tube RBHEs was smaller.The pressure drop of spiral-flat tube RBHEs was 33.60% smaller.The comprehensive performance evaluation criteria(PEC)of spiral-flat tube RBHEs was 65%~152% higher than circular tube RBHEs’and the advantage was more obvious under lower inlet velocity.
