摘  要:为了提高水葫芦液化制取生物油品质,利用混合水平的正交试验方法,以丙酮为溶剂,在微型磁力高压反应釜中考察液化温度(240~280℃)、水葫芦和丙酮质量比(1:5、1:10)和液化时间(30、60、90 min)等对水葫芦直接液化制生物油的影响规律。结果表明,液化温度对水葫芦的直接液化过程有明显的影响。综合生物油产率及其品质分析可知,水葫芦最佳液化条件为液化温度270℃,水葫芦和丙酮的质量比1:5及停留时间90 min,此时生物油的产率达到最大值为22.54%,热值为34.51 kJ·kg^-1,酸值为23.17 mgKOH·g^-1。通过GC/MS对生物油组成进行分析,初步给出了部分酮类化合物(4-甲基-3-戊烯-2-酮)和含氮化合物(3-羟基吡啶)的转化机理,为水葫芦资源化利用及其他生物质液化提供理论依据。In order to improve the quality of bio-oil from water hyacinth,acetone was used as a solvent in a magnetic autoclave and mixed horizontal orthogonal test method was applied in the study.The liquefaction temperature(240℃ to 280℃),water hyacinth to acetone mass ratio(1:5,1:10)and liquefaction time(30,60,90 min)were selected as variables to investigate their effects on direct liquefaction of water hyacinth to produce bio-oil.The results show that reaction temperature has a significant effect on the direct liquefaction of water hyacinth.Results analysis of the yield and quality of bio-oil indicates that the optimal conditions are:residence time=90 min,water hyacinth to acetone mass ratio=1:5 and the maximum bio-oil yield=22.54% at 270℃.The heating value and the acid value of the bio-oil were 34.51 kJ·kg^-1 and 23.17 mgKOH·g^-1,respectively.The gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC-MS)analysis of bio-oil composition presents the transformation mechanism of ketones(4-methyl-3-penten-2-one)and nitrogenous compounds(3-hydroxypyridine),which can provide theoretical guideline for biomass liquefaction.
