摘  要:从政府网站、行政审批、信息公开、信用体系、水情教育、融媒体建设等方面分析水利公共服务面临的现状和问题,认为智慧水利公共服务要全面提升公共服务的多样普适性、长期有效性、专业权威性、方便快捷性,在此基础上完善互联网+水利政务服务公共服务门户,建设智能联动的水利信用信息评价体系,全面完成水利部政务服务"一网通办";打造水利一张图公众版、水利监督举报热线服务平台等品牌服务;提升水体验服务,提供预警预报公共服务,动态水指数服务、建设国家级水体验中心、普及中小学水情教育;强化宣传服务能力,建设水利融媒体智慧平台。This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of water conservancy public service from the government website, administrative examination and approval, information disclosure, credit system, water regime education, and the construction of media convergence, and thinks that intelligent water conservancy public services should comprehensively enhance the diversity, universality, long-term effectiveness, professional authority and convenience of public services. On this basis, we should improve the Internet + water affairs administration service to the public. Service portal, construction of intelligent linkage water conservancy credit information evaluation system, comprehensive completion of the Ministry of water resources government services " all in one office";building a public version of water conservancy one map, water conservancy supervision and reporting hotline service platform and other brand services;improving water experience services, providing public service for early warning and prediction, dynamic water index service, building a national water experience center, popularizing water information education in primary and secondary schools Education;strengthen the ability of publicity and service, and build the intelligent platform of water conservancy and media convergence.
