摘 要:建筑物产生裂缝并不可怕,分析原因并作出正确处理是关键。某框架工程底层外墙顶部出现11 mm左右水平裂缝且外倾,给工程已造成安全隐患。由此工程展开力学分析,查找并验证出裂缝产生的真正原因,并对症给出必要处理,取得了预期效果,说明分清裂缝性质并对裂缝正确处理是工程技术人员的职责,以期为解决此类案例提供思路。It is not terrible for a building to have cracks. Analyzing the cause and correcting it is the key. A horizontal crack at the top of the outer wall of the bottom layer of a certain frame project is about 11 mm and tilts out,which has caused hidden safety hazards to the project. The article conducts mechanical analysis from this engineering example,finds and verifies the real cause of cracks,gives necessary treatments to the symptoms,and achieves the expected results. It shows that it is the responsibility of engineering and technical personnel to distinguish the nature of cracks and handle them properly such cases provide ideas.
