摘 要:PWM驱动电机系统中,在功率元件开关状态下会产生高频振动。针对变频驱动多相直线电机高频振动噪声的问题,提出使用载波移相技术降低噪声。根据电机振动与磁动势间的关系,推导了双绕组互移30°的多相直线电机磁动势的计算公式,经过分析得出结论:通过调节载波移相角,进而调节电机两绕组电流中的高频谐波的角度差,有效地抵消了电机合成磁动势的高频分量幅值,并推导和分析了最优移相角度的选择,最后进行了仿真,验证180°为最优移相角。In the PWM drive motor system,high frequency vibration occurs when the power element switches. Aiming at the problem of high frequency vibration in multiphase linear motor,carrier phase shifting technique is proposed to reduce noise. Firstly,according to the relationship between the motor vibration and the magneto motive force,the formula for calculating the MMF linear motor with double winding shifting 30° is deduced. The conclusion is that the amplitude of the high frequency component of the motor synthesis magneto motive force is effectively counteracted by adjusting the carrier shifted angle. The option of the optimal phase shifting angle is analyzed and deduced. Finally,the conclusion that 180° is the optimal shift angle is verified by simulations.
