摘 要:当多个单体锂离子电池通过串/并联组成电池模组时,单体电池之间微小的性能差异会造成模组性能的快速衰减。简易高效的电池一致性筛选方法,是目前锂离子电池模组研究中亟待解决的关键技术。基于本课题组前期提出的串联充放电进行一致性筛选的新思路,探索了串联充放电一致性筛选的具体方法。研究表明,放电终止电压对电池间的差异最为敏感,适合做为一致性筛选指标;同以标准差为依据筛选出的电池相比,只选取筛选指标数据居于中间区域的电池具有更高的一致性,且该筛选方法的数据处理极为简单、快速。为模组研究提供了一种简单有效的单体电池一致性筛选新方法。When lithium-ion cells are connected in series/parallel to form battery modules, the small inconsistencies between the cells may cause rapid degradation of the modules. Simple and efficient consistency screening method for lithium-ion batteries is the key technology desired in module research. On the basis of the consistency screening using charging/discharging data in series, which was proposed by our group previously, the details of the cell consistency screening method were explored. The results show that the voltage at the end of discharge is the best screening factor as it is the most sensitive to cells’ inequality. Compared with dispersion, middle interval is more effective to screen out cells with high consistency, while its data processing is very simple and rapid. This simple and effective screening method for cell consistency shows great feasibility in module and pack building.
