摘 要:提出一种闭环回收废旧锂离子电池负极石墨的方法。采用磷酸三乙酯(TEP)分离负极活性物质石墨与铜箔,结果表明,固液比为1∶25 g/mL,温度为50℃,反应时间为40 min时的分离效率高达98.28%。将分离的石墨经500℃煅烧2 h可制备出成分纯、结构特征明显的氧化石墨烯,将氧化石墨烯包覆于再生磷酸铁锂电池正极材料中发现其电化学性能显著提高。以此实现废旧锂离子电池负极石墨的资源化利用。A closed-loop method for recovery the cathode materials for spent lithium batteries was presented.Triethyl phosphate(TEP) was used to separated the cathode active material of graphite and copper foil. The results show that the solid liquid ratio is 1:25 g/mL, temperature is 50 ℃, the reaction time is 40 min, separation efficiency is as high as 98.28%. Then the graphite was calcined under 500 ℃ in 2 h that could be prepared ingredients pure and clear structure characteristics grapheme oxide. The graphene oxide was coated in the regeneration of lithium iron phosphate battery cathode materials, which found its electrochemical performance improved significantly. Then the implement waste recycling use of graphite in cathode for lithium ion batteries could be achieved.
