摘 要:以LaMg2Ni、PrMg2Ni和NdMg2Ni作为稀土氢化物载体制备了Mg2Ni-%(质量分数)LaMg2Ni(=0,10,20和30)和Mg2Ni-20%REMg2Ni(RE=La,Pr和Nd)复合材料,研究了LaMg2Ni含量对Mg2Ni基复合材料物相组成、显微形貌和储氢性能的影响,并对比分析了Mg2Ni-20%REMg2Ni(RE=La,Pr和Nd)复合材料的储氢性能。结果表明,添加LaMg2Ni的Mg2Ni基复合材料的可逆吸放氢容量明显高于纯Mg2Ni合金,且在LaMg2Ni含量为20%时达到最大值;Mg2Ni基复合材料的放氢量和放氢过程中的扩散性能会随着LaMg2Ni含量的增加而表现为先增加而后减小的趋势,在LaMg2Ni含量为20%时取得最大值。充分氢化后Mg2Ni-20%REMg2Ni(RE=La,Pr和Nd)复合材料中除Mg2NiH4相外分别含有LaH3、PrH2.37和NdH2.5相,最大吸氢量分别为3.31%、3.45%和3.48%,最大放氢容量分别为0.57%、0.67%和0.60%,且放氢速率都高于纯Mg2Ni合金;3种Mg2Ni基复合材料中Mg2Ni-20%PrMg2Ni复合材料在250和200℃时的放氢平台电压最高且明显高于纯Mg2Ni合金,具有最优的扩散性能。Mg2Ni-%-LaMg2Ni( =0, 10, 20 and 30) and Mg2Ni-20%REMg2Ni(RE=La, Pr and Nd) composites were prepared by using LaMg2Ni, PrMg2Ni and NdMg2Ni as rare earth hydride carriers, the effects of LaMg2Ni content on phase composition, morphology and hydrogen storage properties of Mg2Ni-20% RE2Ni(RE=La, Pr and Nd)composites were studied, and the hydrogen storage properties of Mg2Ni-20%RE2Ni(RE=La, Pr and Nd) composites were compared and analyzed. The results show that the reversible hydrogen absorption and desorption capacity of Mg2Ni matrix composites with LaMg2Ni addition is obviously higher than that of pure Mg2Ni alloy, and reaches the maximum value when the content of LaMg2Ni is 20%. The hydrogen desorption capacity and diffusion performance of Mg2Ni matrix composites increase first and then decrease with the increasing of La Mg2Ni content, and reach the maximum value when the content of LaMg2Ni is 20%. After full hydrogenation, Mg2Ni-20% REMg2Ni(RE=La, Pr and Nd) composites contain LaH3, PrH2.37 and NdH2.5 phases except Mg2NiH4 phase, the maximum hydrogen uptake is 3.31%, 3.45% and 3.48%, the maximum hydrogen release capacity is 0.57%, 0.67% and 0.60%,respectively, and the hydrogen release rate is higher than that of pure Mg2Ni alloy. Among the three kinds of Mg2Ni matrix composites,Mg2Ni-20% PrMg2Ni composites have the highest plateau pressure at 250 and 200 ℃, which is obviously higher than pure Mg2Ni alloy, and have the best diffusion properties.
