摘 要:串联超级电容器组电压不均衡问题是影响超级电容器储能应用发展的一个重要因素,实现串联超级电容器组的电压均衡可以增加储存能量,提高储能系统的可靠性。提出一种新的电压均衡方法,介绍了该方法的工作原理,并通过仿真和实验结果表明:这种电压均衡方法不仅均压快速而且效率高,在超级电容器储能系统中有很好的应用前景。Cell to cell voltage imbalance of ultracapacitors is one of the main reasons for impeding the development of ultracapacitor energy storage application, and voltage equalization can prolong the lifetime of ultracapacitor, increase the amount of stored energy and improve the reliability of the energy storage system. So in many applicatons, voltage equalization technique should be used. A novel voltage equalization circuit was proposed. Based on the operation principle, experiment was made with prototype. The experimental results validate that the above analysis and disclose the proposed voltage equalization circuit is characterized with rapid equalization, simple construct and potential application value.
