摘 要:为了提高蓄电池内阻的检测精度,采用交流注入法建立了蓄电池内阻测量模型,利用现场可编程门阵列FPGA设计了正交数字锁相放大电路,有效抑制了带外噪声,从而提高了测量精度。实验结果表明:设计系统能够在线测量蓄电池内阻,平均测量误差仅为1.06%,能够快速定位出电池组中的劣化电池,为蓄电池的健康诊断提供了可靠的技术保障。To improve the accuracy of battery internal resistance detection, the alternating injection method was used to establish the measurement model of battery internal resistance. An orthogonal digital phase-locked amplifier circuit was designed using field programmable gate array(FPGA), which effectively suppressed out-of-band noise and improved the accuracy of measurement. The experimental results show that the designed system can measure the internal resistance of batteries online, and the average measurement error is only 1.06%, which can quickly locate the deteriorated batteries from the batteries and provides a reliable technical guarantee for the health diagnosis of batteries.
