摘 要:针对925银戒指表面环氧胶层上出现大量色斑的问题,采用放大镜和扫描电镜观察胶层与金属基底的结合状况与色斑的形貌,并用X射线光电子能谱仪分析表面的元素组成。结果表明,色斑区的Na、Rh、Cu、S、N等元素的含量高于正常区域,Na元素尤为明显。在锉削砂磨时,因胶层过软,故其表面出现了大量的犁皱和显微孔洞。虽然显微孔洞开口在抛光后大都被封闭或半封闭,但胶层与基底边缘产生了微小的缝隙。抛光污物、除蜡液和电镀液进入显微孔隙内后不易被清洗干净,随后往外渗出便导致胶面变色。为解决该问题,应选择硬度更高而韧性适中的环氧胶,并改进滴胶、打磨抛光、清洗等操作工艺。Aiming at the formation of many discolored spots on the surface of epoxy resin coated on 925 silver ring,the adhesion between the resin layer and silver base and the morphology of the discolored spots were observed using loupe and scanning electron microscope,and the surface elemental composition was analyzed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.The results showed that the contents of Na,Rh,Cu,S,and N of the discolored spot were higher than that of the normal area,especially for Na.During the filing and sanding processes,a large number of furrows and micro-holes was formed on the surface of the resin layer because it is too soft.Though most of the furrows and micro-holes were hidden or semi-filled after being polished,tiny gaps were formed at the edge between the resin layer and silver base.Polishing dirt,dewaxing solution,and electroplating electrolyte existing in the micro-holes and gaps were not easy to be cleaned up,causing the discoloration of the resin layer when they gradually seeped out.To solve this problem,an epoxy resin with relatively high hardness and moderate toughness should be selected,and the processes of dripping,grinding,polishing,and cleaning should be improved.
