基于蚌埠高校的大学生创业动机的重要性与影响因素分析

摘　　要：政府、高校及社会培训机构广泛开展的大学生创业培训活动并没有太多促进大学生创业行为产生,表明大学生的创业动机严重不足。构建的FJ-创业火箭模型直观说明了创业动机在创业者素质结构中的重要地位,结合笔者实际创业培训经历,分析了影响大学生创业动机的心理因素和现实因素并提出相关建议。The extensive entrepreneurial training activities carried out by the government,universities and social training institutions can not realy promote the emergence of entrepreneurial behavior of college students,which indicates that the entrepreneurial motivation of college students is seriously inadequate.It constructed the FJ-entrepreneurial Rocket Model in this paper to illustrate the important role of entrepreneurial motivation in the quality structure of an entrepreneur intuitively.Combining with the author′s practical entrepreneurial training experience,it analysed the psychological and practical factors that affect the entrepreneurial motivation of college students and put forward some relevant suggestions.
