应用型本科高校汉语言文学专业改革的举措与实践

摘　　要：由于外在和内在的原因,只有加快推进汉语言文学这个传统专业的综合改革,才能开辟一条专业转型发展的新路。解决问题的关键是要采取切实可行的举措,将改革落到实处。这些举措主要有:紧扣学校的办学定位,确定专业人才培养目标;转变办学理念,建构综合素质、专业能力、职业能力有机统一的人才培养模式;明确专业核心能力、职业能力定位,创新人才培养方案;大力推进课程建设及教学改革,将能力培养落实到课程教学中;积极组织学生到实践基地开展各项实践活动,切实提升学生的综合素养和专业能力。通过这些举措与实践,促使汉语言文学专业在转型发展的新征程中焕发出新的生机与活力。Due to external and internal reasons,only by accelerating the comprehensive reform,a new path will be opened up for the transformation and development of the specialty for the traditional specialty of Chinese language and literature.The key to solve the problem is to take practical measures to implement reforms.These measures mainly include:closely linking the school positioning and determining the training goal of professional talents;transforming the school running concept and constructing an integrated and unified talent training model with comprehensive quality and professional ability;defining professional core competence,vocational competence positioning and innovative talent training programs;vigorously promoting the curriculum construction and teaching reform,ability training into the implementation of curriculum teaching;actively organizing students to carry out various practical activities in the practice base to improve students′comprehensive quality and professional ability.Through these measures and practices,the major of Chinese language and literature will be rejuvenated in the new journey of transformation and development.
