农业资本深化与要素配置效率的关系研究

摘　　要：实现要素集约利用,提高资源配置效率是农业高质量发展的必由之路。农业资本的持续深化对农业生产要素投入产生较大影响,基于此,本文对农业资本深化程度进行测度,然后沿着"农业资本深化-要素结构调整-农业要素配置效率"的脉络分阶段对农业资本深化效率与要素配置效率关系的内在机理进行剖析。结果发现,农业资本深化效率与要素配置效率密切相关,且在不同阶段呈现一致性。在农业资本日益深化的背景下,应从提高政府投资效率、发展农业规模经营、加强投资主体协作、促进农业信贷市场发育等方面实现农业要素优化配置。Realizing intensive use of factors and improving the efficiency of resource allocation is the only way for high-quality agricultural development. The continuous deepening of agricultural capital has a great influence on the input of agricultural production factors. Based on this,the paper first measures the deepening degree of agricultural capital. Then along the venation of "capital deepening-agricultural structure adjustment-agricultural factor allocation efficiency",this article analyzes the internal mechanism of capital deepening and agricultural factor allocative efficiency in stages. The analysis finds that capital deepening efficiency is closely related to agricultural factor allocation efficiency,and it presents consistency in different stages. In the context of the deepening of agricultural capital,the optimal allocation of agricultural elements should be realized from the aspects of improving government investment efficiency,developing agricultural scale operations,strengthening cooperation among investment entities,and promoting the development of agricultural credit markets.
