摘  要:当系统出现小干扰稳定问题时,采用在线校正控制的方法可以避免事故进一步扩大。基于小干扰稳定约束最优潮流(Small-Signal Stability Constrained Optimal Power Flow,SSSC-OPF),提出了一种校正控制的调度方法。根据混成自动控制理论,通过多次事件驱动控制使系统在经济性和安全性上趋优。由于该方法生成控制指令只需一次优化计算,因此决策速度快,提高了系统危急情况下调度控制的时效性,突破了其他方法无法实用化的效率瓶颈。WSCC-9、IEEE-39和IEEE-145三个系统的仿真结果表明:所提方法计算效率高,控制效果好,应用前景广阔。When the small-signal stability problem occurs,corrective control can avoid worsening the situation of power system.Based on the Small-Signal Stability Constrained Optimal Power Flow(SSSC-OPF),this paper proposes a corrective control method for dispatching.Owing to the idea of hybrid control,the proposed method can make the system approach optimal point of economy and security for power system through event-driven control in multiple times.This method only needs one optimization calculation to generate control instructions,thus it has a fast decision-making speed,significantly improves the time-efficiency of dispatching in system crisis and breaks through the efficiency bottleneck that other strategies cannot be practically implemented.The simulations on WSCC-9,IEEE-39 and IEEE-145 systems show that the proposed method has high computation efficiency,good control effect and wide prospect of application.
