摘 要:反刍动物饲养产生的甲烷是温室气体主要来源之一,越来越多的人认为这对全球气候变暖有巨大威胁。在过去的几十年里,人们做了大量研究来减轻反刍动物的甲烷排放。近年来,硝基化合物作为一种潜在的抗甲烷添加剂引起人们的广泛关注,并取得一定效果。本文综述了硝基乙烷、2-硝基醇、2-硝基-1-丙醇、3-硝基-1-丙醇、3-硝基-1-丙酸的体内外研究,探讨其对降低甲烷排放的作用。同时本文也探讨了这些硝基化合物在反刍动物瘤胃中可能存在的抑制作用模式,旨在为减少反刍动物甲烷排放提供科学依据。但在抑制瘤胃甲烷生成过程中,硝基化合物如何影响辅酶的活性还尚不清楚。Methane from ruminants is a major source of greenhouse gas emissions,which are increasingly seen as a major threat to global warming. In the past few decades,a lot of research has been done to reduce methane emissions from ruminants. In recent years,nitro compounds as a potential anti-methane additive have attracted wide attention and achieved certain effects. In this paper,studies on nitroethane,2-nitro-alcohol,2-nitro-1-propanol,3-nitro-1-propanol,3-nitro-1-propionic acid in vivo and in vitro were reviewed,and their effects on reducing methane emission were discussed. In order to provide scientific basis for reducing ruminant methane emission,the possible inhibition patterns of these nitrocompounds in ruminants were also discussed. However,how nitrocompounds affect coenzyme activity in inhibiting rumen methanogenesis is unclear.
