摘 要:目的探讨运用精细化管理促进骨科护理服务持续改进的效果。方法在骨科病区实施精细化管理,包括普及精细化管理理念、人力资源管理、完善培训体系、健全岗位职责与工作制度、优化工作流程、仪器设备和药品管理、完善绩效考核等。对比精细化管理实施前(2017年7月-2018年6月)和实施后(2018年7月-2019年6月)护理不良事件的发生率。结果护理不良事件的发生率由实施前的0.92%下降至实施后的0.32%。结论实施精细化管理能够减少骨科护理不良事件的发生,有助于骨科护理服务的持续改进。Objective To investigate the effect of delicacy management in continuous quality improvement of orthopedic nursing. Methods A set of interventions based on delicacy management model were carried out in the orthopedic department, including spreading of refined management, management of human resource, improving training system, enhancing job responsibility, optimizing working procedure, management of equipments and drugs, optimizing performance appraisal and so on. The incidence rate of adverse events in nursing care before implementation of refined management(July 2017 to June 2018) and after implementation of refined management(July 2018 to June 2016) was compared. Results The incidence rate of adverse events in nursing care dropped from 0.92% before implementation of refined management to 0.32% after implementation of refined management. Conclusion The application of delicacy management is potentially effective to reduce the risk of adverse events in orthopedic nursing and continuously improve the quality of nursing service.
