益气活血通脉汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气活血通脉汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法:选取2013年2月-2017年2月我院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者共计95例,随机抽签分为对照组45例和观察组50例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组联合给予益气活血通脉汤治疗,比较患者的临床治疗总有效率,统计药物不良反应发生率。结果:观察组患者的不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通脉汤联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛能提高临床疗效,且不良反应小,具有积极的推广意义。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction(益气活血通脉汤)combined with western medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:95 patients with angina pectoris from February 2013 to February 2017 were randomly divided into the control group 45 cases and the observation group 50 cases.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,the observation group was given Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction treatment,the total effective rate of clinical treatment,statistical incidence of adverse drug reactions were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of HDL-C was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Tongmai Decoction combined with western medicine could improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,and it had less side e ffects,which was of positive significance of promotion.
