摘　　要：功能性消化不良是儿科常见病和多发病,中医学认为,小儿功能性消化不良病机源于脾胃,可因调护失宜、哺乳失节、喂养不当等因素引起脾胃受损,受纳运化失职,升降失调,从而引发此病。本文将从中医方面对小儿功能性消化不良的病因病机及治疗现状进行概述,以期为小儿功能性消化不良的治疗及研究提供参考。Functional dyspepsia is a common and frequently disease in pediatrics.Chinese medicine believes,pediatric functional dyspepsia is caused by the spleen and stomach,it may be caused by improper care,irregular breastfeeding,improper feeding and other factors,causing damage to the spleen and stomach,transport barrier and lift disorder,which may cause the disease.This article will summarize the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment status of pediatric functional dyspepsia from Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for the treatment and research of functional dyspepsia in children.
