摘  要:以粮饲玉米品种农华315为材料,研究水分胁迫对春播玉米苗期生理特性的影响,结果表明:水分胁迫使粮饲玉米幼苗叶绿素的含量下降,叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量比CK处理分别降低了1.74%-20.65%和9.43%-39.76%;水分胁迫使MDA和可溶性蛋白质含量上升,其中MDA含量W2与W1和CK之间差异达到显著水平;中度水分胁迫提高了根系总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积,而重度水分胁迫使根系总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积减少.W1处理根系总吸收面积和活跃吸收面积分别比CK处理提高了91.82%和81.01%;水分胁迫降低了根系活跃吸收面积比和比表面积.The effects of water stress on physiological characteristics of dual-purpose maize Nonghua 315 seedlings during spring sowing were determined.The chlorophyll content was decreased under water stress.Compared with the control treatment,chlorophylls a and b content decreased by 1.74%-20.65% and 9.43%-39.76% while MDA and soluble protein increased.The difference of MDA content W2,W1 and CK reached a significant level.Moderate water stress promoted total absorption area and active absorption area of roots,but a reversed result occurred under serious water stress.Compared with the CK treatment,the total absorption area and active absorption area of root improved by 91.82% and 81.01%.Active absorption-area ratio and specific surface-area decreased under water stress.
