摘 要:钼(Mo)中加入铼(Re)可显著改善钼的低温脆性进而提高其加工性能及焊接性能,提高强度的同时仍保持良好的塑性。Re元素含量为14%左右时,Mo-Re合金延伸率接近40%,加工性能最好,而同时存在一定的Re元素固溶强化作用。在1550 K以下温度,Mo-Re合金与UO 2的相容性较好。在1300 K以下时,Mo-Re合金与UN的相容性较好。在1800 K以下时,Mo-Re合金与碱金属Li、Na、K的相容性均较好。钼铼合金与核燃料及碱金属冷却剂均具有良好的相容性,且Re元素是一种较好的谱移吸收体材料,可有效降低反应堆临界事故风险。钼铼合金是空间核电源中最佳反应堆芯结构材料。本文对钼铼合金的研究状况进行总结,为国内相关空间核反应堆电源系统设计选材和研究提供参考。The addition of rhenium(Re)in molybdenum(Mo)can significantly improve the low temperature brittleness of Mo and its processing and welding properties.It can improve the strength of the alloy while maintaining good plasticity.When the content of Re element is about 14%,the elongation of Mo-Re alloy at room temperature is about 40%,and its processability is the best.At the same time,it can maintain a certain solution strengthening effect of Re element.At temperatures below 1550 K,Mo-Re alloy has good compatibility with UO 2.At temperatures below 1300 K,Mo-Re alloy has good compatibility with UN.In addition,Mo-Re alloy has good compatibility with alkali metals of Li,Na and K below 1800 K.Mo-Re alloy has good compatibility with both nuclear fuel and alkali metal coolant.Moreover,Re element is a good spectral shift absorber material,and can effectively reduce the critical accident risk of the reactor.Mo-Re alloy is the best reactor core material for space nuclear power.The research progress of Mo-Re alloy was summarized in this paper and the research results provide reference for the design and research of domestic related space nuclear power.
