摘 要:通过溶液聚合和扩链方法合成了主链中含有L-丙氨酸、乙二醇、己内酯的生物可降解聚酯酰胺[P-(CL-EA-CL)],采用红外光谱、核磁共振光谱证明产物合成。将其与左旋聚乳酸(PLLA)共混静电纺丝成膜制备了PLLA/P-(CL-EA-CL)复合纳米纤维膜,探究了不同共混比和接枝比对纤维膜的影响。结果表明,加入P-(CL-EA-CL)改善了纤维膜的力学性能,同时纤维膜的亲水性也得到明显改善。当P-(CL-EA-CL)添加量为30%、接枝比例为1:4时,共混膜的拉伸强度为11.43 MPa,断裂伸长为56.21%,亲水角由纯PLLA纤维膜的138.2°减小到76.3°。在不同环境的降解实验也发现共混纤维膜具有碱性降解敏感性,细胞毒性测试进一步表征共混膜良好的生物相容性,PLLA/P-(CL-EA-CL)复合纳米纤维膜有生物组织工程领域的应用潜力。Biodegradable P-(CL-EA-CL)polyesteramide containing L-alanine,ethylene glycol,and caprolactone in the main chain was synthesized by solution polymerization and chain extension methods.The synthetic product was confirmed by FTIR and 1H NMR.The PLLA/P-(CL-EA-CL)composite nanofiber membrane was prepared by blending it with poly-L-lacticacid(PLLA)for electrospinning.The effects of different blending ratios and graft ratios on the fiber membrane were explored.The results showed that the addition of P-(CL-EA-CL)polyesteramide improved the mechanical properties of the fiber membrane,and the hydrophilicity of the fiber membrane was also significantly improved.When the P-(CL-EA-CL)content was 30%and the graft ratio was 1:4,the tensile strength of the blended film was 11.43 MPa,the elongation at break was 56.21%,and the hydrophilic angle decreased from 138.2°of pure PLLA fiber membrane to 76.3°.Degradation experiments in different environments also found that the blended fiber membrane had alkaline degradation sensitivity.Cytotoxicity tests further characterized the good biocompatibility of the blended membranes.Therefore,PLLA/P-(CL-EA-CL)composite nanofiber membrane has application potential in the field of biological tissue engineering.
