摘  要:通过将利用反向悬浮聚合自制的高交联度聚丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺(PAA-AM)网络微球均匀分散在溶有丙烯酰胺单体的水溶液中,经复合引发体系过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠引发水溶液聚合,制备了一种具有复合网络结构的高性能水凝胶聚丙烯酰胺(PAAm)。通过控制变量法分别研究了微球添加量、交联剂用量、引发剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等反应条件对PAA-AM交联微球复合PAAm水凝胶压缩强度的影响。结果表明,在微球添加量为0.15%,交联剂用量为0.15%,引发剂用量为0.06%,反应温度为35℃,反应时间8 h条件下制备得到的水凝胶具有最高的压缩强度,可达12.716 MPa。Through dispersing high crosslinked network structure polyacrylic acid-acrylamide(PAA-AM)micro-sphere,self-produced by inverse suspension polymerization,in acrylamide solution,and initiated by(NH4)2S2O8 and NaHSO3,a kind of new complex network polyacrylamide(PAAm)hydrogel was prepared through aqueous polymerization.The influence of reaction conditions,such as additive of crosslinked micro-sphere,dosage of cross-linking agent,dosage of initiator,temperature and reaction time,on the compressive strength of PAA-AM crosslinked microsphere composite PAAm hydrogel was studied by control variable method.The result showed that the hydrogels prepared under the conditions of microsphere addition amount of 0.15%,crosslinking agent dosage of 0.15%,initiator dosage of 0.06%,reaction temperature of 35℃,reaction time of 8 h had the highest compression strength up to 12.716 MPa.
