摘 要:以熔模精密铸造用聚苯乙烯(PS)蜡模阶梯式线性收缩件为例,以测试件的尺寸精度和表面质量为衡量指标,通过正交试验研究选择性激光烧结(SLS)工艺参数对测试件尺寸精度的影响,并对其进行浸蜡处理,分析浸蜡处理前后测试件尺寸精度及表面质量之间的变化及规律。结果表明,PS粉末SLS成型工艺的最佳工艺参数组合为激光功率30 W,填充速度3000 mm/s,粉层厚度0.14 mm,扫描间距0.31 mm,此时测试件的尺寸精度范围为-0.858%~1.898%,平均表面粗糙度为33.928μm;最佳浸蜡温度组合为一次浸蜡温度65℃,待其冷却到室温后再进行75℃二次浸蜡。浸蜡后测试件尺寸精度范围为-0.390%~2.74%,平均表面粗糙度为2.203μm;较PS测试件表面精度提高了93.5%。The stepwise linear shrinkage of polystyrene(PS)wax mold for investment casting was taken as an example.The dimensional accuracy and surface quality of the test piece were used as indicators to study the selective laser sintering(SLS)process parameters by orthogonal test.The influence of the dimensional accuracy of the test piece and its waxing treatment were carried out to analyze the variation and regularity between the dimensional accuracy and the surface quality of the test piece before and after the dipping wax treatment.The results show that the optimal process parameters of PS powder SLS molding process are as follows:laser power 30 W,filling speed 3000 mm/s,layer thickness 0.14 mm,scanning pitch 0.31 mm.The dimensional accuracy of the test piece ranges from-0.858% to 1.898%.The surface roughness is 33.928μm;the optimum immersion wax temperature combination is as follows:once 65℃,twice 75℃.After dip wax,the dimensional accuracy of test piece ranged from-0.390%to 2.74%,and the average surface roughness was 2.203μm;the surface accuracy of PS test piece was improved by 93.5%.
