摘 要:提供了一种制备紫外线屏蔽聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)薄膜的简单、有效的方法。首先通过水热法制备有着很好紫外线吸收性能的碳量子点(CQDs),然后将碱溶液处理过的PVDF膜浸于CQDs/聚乙烯醇(PVAL)混合溶液中,在PVDF膜表面形成紫外线屏蔽层。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线光电子能谱分析、X射线衍射、透射电镜和紫外-可见分光光度计对CQDs颗粒的结构、形貌和光学性能进行表征,表征了制备的PVDF-OH@CQDs/PVAL复合薄膜的稳定性及紫外线屏蔽功能。结果表明,制得的直径约18 nm的CQDs纳米粒子可以在溶液中很好地分散;CQDs有很高的吸光度,制备的PVDF-OH@CQDs/PVAL复合膜可以完全屏蔽紫外光。A simple and effective approach to fabricating the polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)film with excellent UV shielding performance was presented.Carbon quantum dots(CQDs)with highly UV absorbing property were made via the hydrothermal reaction and were then added into polyvinyl alcohol(PVAL)solution.The PVDF membrane pre-treated with alkaline solution was immersed into the prepared CQDs/PVAL solution to coat an UV shielding layer on the film surface.A series of instruments such as Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray photoelectron spectrometer,X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy and UV-visible spectrophotometer were applied to study the structure,morphology as well as optical performance of CQDs particles.The stability and UV shielding performance of the obtained PVDF-OH@CQDs/PVAL composite film were further investigated.The results showed that the CQDs particles with the diameter of 18 nm could be well dispersed in solution.Additionally,the CQDs had fairly high UV absorbance and the PVDF-OH@CQDs/PVAL composite film could shield the UV light completely.
