摘  要:激光直接成型(LDS)功能塑料在手机天线、三维立体电路和智能响应领域广泛应用,是实现智能终端部件轻、薄、小型化的基础材料之一。系统阐述了LDS功能塑料的特点及在5G通讯时代的机遇,总结了LDS功能塑料的研究进展,包括常用塑料基材的优缺点、商品化产品的牌号与典型性能、配方设计难点、所用镭雕助剂的特点及与激光打标助剂的异同,介绍了LDS功能塑料的应用案例,并指出5G通讯时代LDS功能塑料的研究开发方向。Laser-direct-structuring(LDS)functional plastics was widely applied in the field of mobile antenna,three dimensional circuits,quick-witted responsiveness,as well as the fundamental raw materials of realizing intelligent terminals lighter,thinner and smaller.The characteristics of LDS functional plastics and the opportunities in the age of 5G communication were systematically described.The research progress of LDS functional plastics was summarized,including the advantages and disadvantages of common plastic substrates,commercial product brand and typical performance,difficulties in formula design,characteristics of radium carving assistant as well as the similarities and differences between them and laser marking auxiliaries.The application cases of LDS functional plastics were introduced,and the research direction of LDS functional plastics in 5G communication era was suggested.
