摘  要:本试验旨在探究菌酶协同发酵饲粮对仔猪生长性能、养分消化率、血清生化指标和肠道屏障功能的影响。试验选取96头42日龄(8.99±0.75)kg“杜×长×大”杂交仔猪,按体重一致原则随机分为对照组(CON组,基础饲粮)、抗生素组(AB组,基础饲粮+75 mg/kg金霉素)、12 h发酵组(12 h FER组,12 h发酵饲粮)和24 h发酵组(24 h FER组,24 h发酵饲粮),每个组8个重复,每个重复3头猪,试验期21 d。结果表明:1)与CON组相比,12 h FER组和24 h FER组仔猪平均日增重(ADG)均显著提高(P<0.05),料重比(F/G)和腹泻率显著降低(P<0.05);与AB组相比,24 h FER组仔猪ADG显著提高(P<0.05),2个发酵组腹泻率无显著差异(P>0.05)。2)与CON组和AB组相比,2个发酵组仔猪干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、总能、总磷的消化率显著提高(P<0.05),2个发酵组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)与CON组和AB组相比,12 h FER组仔猪十二指肠隐窝深度显著降低(P<0.05),十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度(V/C)、空肠黏膜杯状细胞数量和回肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),回肠密闭蛋白(OCLN)基因mRNA相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05);24 h FER组仔猪十二指肠V/C和回肠绒毛高度显著提高(P<0.05),空肠封闭蛋白-1(CLDN-1)、闭合小环蛋白-1(ZO-1)和回肠OCLN基因mRNA相对表达量显著提高(P<0.05)。本试验表明,菌酶协同发酵饲粮可提高营养物质的消化率,改善肠道健康,降低腹泻率,从而提高仔猪的生长性能,且效果相当于或优于添加金霉素饲粮。The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of diets fermented with bacterial and enzymes on growth performance,nutrient digestibility,serum biochemical indices and intestinal barrier function of piglets.A total of 96 Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire piglets of 42-day-old with body weight of(8.99±0.75)kg were randomly allocated into 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 3 piglets per replicate.They were assigned to the control group(CON group,basal diet),antibiotic group(AB group,basal diet+75 mg/kg chlortetracycline),12 h fermentation group(12 h FER group,12 h fermented diet)and 24 h fermentation group(24 h FER group,24 h fermented diet).The trial period was 21 days.The results showed as follows:1)compared with the CON group,the average daily gain(ADG)of piglets in both 12 h FER group and 24 h FER group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the feed to gain ratio(F/G)and diarrhea rate were significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with the AB group,the ADG of piglets in the 24 h FER group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in diarrhea rate between two fermented groups(P>0.05)2)Compared with the CON group and AB group,the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,ether extract,ash,total energy and total phosphorus in two fermented groups was significantly increased(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two fermented groups(P>0.05).3)Compared with the CON group and AB group,the crypt depth in duodenum of piglets in 12 h FER group was significantly decreased(P<0.05),the villus height to crypt depth ratio(V/C)in duodenum,the number of goblet cells in jejunum mucosa and ileal villi height of piglets in 12 h FER group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the occludin(OCLN)mRNA relative expression level in ileum of piglets was significantly increased(P<0.05);the duodenal V/C as well as ileal villi height of piglets in 24 h FER group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the mRNA expression levels of claudin-1(CLDN-1)and zonula occlu
