摘  要:本试验旨在探究饲喂人工乳对14日龄断奶仔猪生长性能、肠道抗氧化能力及屏障功能的影响。选取14窝共112头平均体重为(4.79±0.56)kg的14日龄“长×大”二元杂交仔猪,随机分为21日龄断奶组和14日龄断奶组,每组7个重复,每个重复8头仔猪。21日龄断奶组仔猪14~21日龄时由原圈母猪饲喂母乳,14日龄断奶组仔猪断奶后饲喂人工乳至21日龄,2组均于22日龄时开始饲喂相同的教槽料,试验期14 d。结果表明:与21日龄断奶相比,1)14日龄断奶极显著降低仔猪15~21日龄时的平均日增重(ADG)(P<0.01),显著提高22~28日龄时的平均日采食量(ADFI)(P<0.05),显著降低21日龄体重和腹泻率(P<0.05);2)14日龄断奶极显著降低仔猪的空肠隐窝深度(P<0.01),极显著提高空肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度(P<0.01);3)14日龄断奶极显著提高仔猪回肠NLR家族Pyrin域蛋白3(NLRP3)的mRNA相对表达量(P<0.01),显著降低空肠黏膜过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性(P<0.05)。综上所述,与21日龄断奶相比,人工乳饲喂14日龄断奶仔猪降低28日龄时仔猪的体重、空肠抗氧化能力和屏障功能,但对仔猪28日龄时的肠道形态有改善作用,并降低其腹泻率。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of feeding artificial milk on growth performance,intestinal antioxidant capacity and barrier function of piglets weaning at 14 days of age.One hundred and twelve“Landrace×Yorkshire”crossbred piglets at 14 days of age with average body weight of(4.79±0.56)kg from 14 litters were randomly assigned to weaning at 21 days of age group and weaning at 14 days of age group,with 7 replicates per group and 8 piglets per replicate.Piglets in weaning at 21 days of age group were fed breast milk by original sows from 14 to 21 days of age,and the others in weaning at 14 days of age group were fed artificial milk after weaning until 21 days of age.Piglets in two groups were fed same creep feed from 22 days of age,and the experiment lasted for 14 days.The results showed as follows:compared with weaning at 21 days of age,1)weaning at 14 days of age extremely significantly decreased average daily gain(ADG)of piglets from 15 to 21 days of age(P<0.01),significantly increased average daily feed intake(ADFI)from 22 to 28 days of age(P<0.05),and significantly decreased body weight at 21 days of age and diarrhea rate(P<0.05).2)Weaning at 14 days of age extremely significantly decreased jejunal crypt depth of piglets(P<0.01),and extremely significantly increased villus height to crypt depth ratio(P<0.01).3)Weaning at 14 days of age extremely significantly increased mRNA relative expression level of ileal NACHT,LRR and PYD domains-containing protein 3(NLRP3)of piglets(P<0.01),and significantly decreased jejunal mucosa catalase(CAT)activity(P<0.05).In summary,compared with weaning at 21 days of age,weaning at 14 days of age and feeding artificial milk decrease body weight at 28 days of age,jejunal antioxidant capacity and barrier function of piglets,but improve intestinal morphology and reduce diarrhea rate of piglets at 28 days of age.
