摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加包被肉桂醛对夏季高温条件下肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、血清抗氧化指标及空肠形态结构的影响。选取21日龄体重接近的健康大余麻鸭360羽,随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复20羽(公母各1/2)。对照组1饲喂不添加抗生素的基础饲粮,对照组2饲喂添加100 mg/kg杆菌肽锌的基础饲粮,试验组饲喂添加200 mg/kg包被肉桂醛的基础饲粮。试验期为42 d。结果表明:1)试验组的血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性以及空肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度均显著高对照组2(P<0.05)。2)对照组1的料重比、血清丙二醛含量显著均高于试验组(P<0.05),对照组1的血清SOD、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活性和总抗氧化能力以及空肠绒毛高度、绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著低于试验组(P<0.05)。3)试验组其他生长性能(初始体重、终末体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量)、屠宰性能(屠宰率、全净膛率、腹脂率和腿肌率)及空肠形态结构指标(隐窝深度)与对照组1和对照组2均无显著差异(P>0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加200 mg/kg的包被肉桂醛能缓解热应激对肉鸭生长性能、屠宰性能、抗氧化能力和肠道黏膜形态的影响。The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of dietary coated cinnamaldehyde on growth performance,slaughter performance,serum antioxidant indexes and jejunum morphology of meat ducks under high temperature in summer.A total of 360 twenty-one-day-old healthy Dayu ducks were randomly divided to 3 groups with 6 replicates per group and 20 ducks per replicate(males and females in half).Ducks in the control group l were fed a basal diet without antibiotic,ducks in the control group 2 were fed the basal diet supplemented with 100 mg/kg zinc bacitracin,and others in the experimental group were fed the basal diet supplemented with 200 mg/kg coated cinnamaldehyde.The experiment lasted for 42 days.The results showed as follows:1)the serum superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity and villus height,villus height/crypt depth in jejunum of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group 2(P<0.05).2)The ratio of feed to gain and serum malondialdehyde content of control group 1 were significantly higher than those of the experimental group(P<0.05),and the SOD and glutathione peroxidase activities,total antioxidant capacity in serum and villus height,villus height/crypt depth in jejunum of control group 1 were significantly lower than those of the experimental group(P<0.05).3)There were no significant differences in indexes of other growth performance(initial body weight,final body weight,average daily gain,average daily feed intake),slaughtering performance(dressing percentage,eviscerated percentage,abdominal fat percentage and leg muscle percentage)and jejunum morphology(crypt depth)among three groups(P>0.05).In conclusion,dietary supplemented with 200 mg/kg coated cinnamaldehyde can alleviate the impact of heat stress on the growth performance,slaughter performance,antioxidant capacity and intestinal mucosa morphology of meat ducks.
