摘 要:根据自动武器材料研究其运动仿真时的参数设置,为了提高仿真精度与可信度,将自动武器曲线槽与凸笋的碰撞简化为小球-平板模型,利用ADAMS和ANSYS Workbench软件分别对接触碰撞参数和材料性能参数进行研究,采用单一辨识构造各参数与反跳速度间的映射关系。通过映射关系假设函数关系式并建立目标函数,利用遗传算法对目标函数进行求解,对参数间的函数关系进行优化,最后对优化后取值进行验证。研究结果表明:通过遗传算法优化后得到的反跳速度为784.796 2 mm/s,与理论值的相对误差小于1%.因此通过碰撞材料性能参数推导接触碰撞参数设置值的方法,能够为自动武器碰撞仿真提供一个较为准确、可行的方案。For the purpose of studying the parameter settings during the motion simulation of automatic weapon materials and improving the simulation accuracy and reliability, the automatic weapon curve groove and the bullnose collision were reduced to the ball-plate model, and the contact collision para-meters were respectively used with ADAMS and ANSYS Workbench software, with the material performance parameters studied. A single identification method was used to construct the mapping relationship between the parameters and the rebound speed;the function relationship was assumed by the mapping relationship with the objective function established;the objective function was solved by using the genetic algorithm;and the function relationship between the parameters was worked out. Optimization and final verification of the value after optimization results show that the rebound rate obtained through the optimization of the genetic algorithm is 784.796 2, with the relative error from the theoretical value being less than 1%. Therefore,the method of deducing the setting value of contact collision parameters through the performance parameters of impact materials can provide a more accurate and feasible scheme for automatic weapon collision simulation.
