摘 要:通过自制荧烷化合物(Flu)合成了一种基于荧烷染料的新型S^2-(H 2S)探针Flu-S,并利用核磁共振及高分辨质谱对其结构进行表征、确认。在含0.001 mol/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)的0.01 mol/L磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH=7.4)中,考察了Flu-S对S^2-的紫外-可见吸收光谱、荧光发射光谱响应。研究表明,Flu-S在众多分析物中对S^2-具有高选择性光谱响应,响应时间为30 min,在波长551 nm处其吸光度与S 2-的浓度(3~50μmol/L)之间线性关系良好,检测限可达1.5μmol/L,检测pH范围为4~8。将该探针用于实际纯净水、自来水及化肥厂废水水样中S^2-的测定,回收率在97.75%~102.16%之间。A novel probe Flu-S based on fluoran was synthesized and characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectra(NMR)and high resolution mass spectrum(HRMS).The UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra of Flu-S towards sulfur ion were evaluated under the conditions of PBS buffer(0.01 mol/L,pH=7.4,CTAB=0.001 mol/L).The results indicated that Flu-S showed high selectivity towards sulfur ion among various analytes with reaction time of 30 minutes and pH range of 4-8.Meanwhile,a good linear relationship between the absorbance(551 nm)and sulfur ion concentration(3-50μmol/L)was observed with the detection limit of 1.5μmol/L.In addition,the probe was utilized in the detection of sulfur ion in purified water,tap water and sewage from fertilizer plant with the recovery range of 97.75%-102.16%.
