摘 要:以多巴为原料,通过自聚反应一步法合成了形貌尺寸均匀的聚多巴纳米粒子,在酸性缓冲溶液中该材料发出强烈的绿色荧光并有良好的稳定性。基于血红蛋白对聚多巴纳米粒子的荧光猝灭现象,建立了快速、灵敏检测血红蛋白的荧光分析方法。在优化的条件下,检测血红蛋白的线性范围为0.065~5.9 mg/L和6.5~65 mg/L,检出限(S/N=3)为0.0098 mg/L,用于实际血样中血红蛋白的测定,回收率为94.6%~106.8%,相对标准偏差为2.48%~3.67%。本方法具有探针合成方法简便,反应条件温和,灵敏度高,选择性好的优点。A simple one step method was proposed to prepare ploy(DOPA)nanoparticles using L-dopa as raw material.The as prepared ploy(DOPA)nanoparticles possessed not only uniform morphology and size,but also strong green fluorescence and good stability in acidic conditions.Based on the fluorescence quenching phenomenon of ploy(DOPA)nanoparticles by hemoglobin,a rapid and sensitive fluorescence analysis method for detecting hemoglobin was established.Under optimum conditions,the fluorescence intensity decreased linearly coincided with the concentration of hemoglobin in the range of 0.065-5.9 mg/L and 6.5-65 mg/L with a detection limit of 0.0098 mg/L.The fluorescent probe based on ploy(DOPA)nanoparticles was used for detecting hemoglobin in real blood samples with the recoveries of 94.6%-106.8% and the relative standard deviation of 2.48%-3.67%.These results indicated that a convenient method was proposed for selective and sensitive fluorescence detection of hemoglobin in real samples.
