摘  要:本文研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定海绵铪中18种杂质元素含量的分析方法。通过对分析线的选择、基体干扰方面的考察,确定了最佳分析条件。标准加入法可克服基体干扰,各元素分析线的光强度与其质量浓度呈线性关系。K、Li、Sr的线性范围为0.025~0.50 mg/L,Ba、Be、Ca、Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Hg、Mn、Mo、Ti的线性范围为0.050~1.0 mg/L,Fe、Na、Ni、V的线性范围为0.10~2.0 mg/L。18种杂质元素的检出限(3σ)在1~47μg/L之间,方法加标回收率在91%~109%之间,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)小于10%。An analytical method was developed for inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry determination of 18 kinds of elements in hafnium sponge.The optimum analytical conditions were determined by studying the selection of analytical lines and matrix interference.Matrix interference was effectively overcomed by using standard addition method.Linear relationships were found between the intensity of anlaytical lines and the mass concentrations of 18 kinds of elements.The linearity range for K,Li and Sr was 0.025-0.50 mg/L,the linearity range for Ba,Be,Ca,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Hg,Mn,Mo and Ti was 0.050-1.0 mg/L,and the linearity range for Fe,Na,Ni and V was 0.10-2.0 mg/L.Detection limits(3σ)of these 18 impurity elements were in the range of 1-47μg/L.Recovery rates obtained by the method ranged from 91%to 109%,and relative standard deviations(RSDs)(n=6)were less than 10%.
