新西兰《公共档案法》（2005）及其启示

摘　　要：本文以介绍2017年重印的新西兰《公共档案法》(2005)为主线,对比我国现行的档案法,就立法的目的、档案管理、利用与公开,以及法律责任及上诉等几个部分的异同进行了分析探讨。This paper mainly introduces Public Record Act 2005 of New Zealand and compares it with Archives Law of the People’s Republic of China,in respect of the purpose of the law,management of Archives,use and disclosure,legal liability and appeal proceedings.The paper concludes that the Public Record Act 2005 is instructive in that it is more meticulous in Archives’classification,specific in rules’making,clear in accountability,and strong in operability.
