摘　　要：[目的/意义]跟踪研究美国军事情报工作智能化的新近发展,以期对我国相关工作提供积极启示。[方法/过程]通过梳理军事情报工作智能化的表现,总结分析美军事情报工作智能化发展途径及其主要特点。[结果/结论]美国主要从战略导向、技术支撑、体制改革和人才培养四个方面推动军事情报工作智能化。对此,我们应以前沿视野抓好顶层设计、以创新创造占据技术主导、以体制变革集中优势资源、以优质教育激发人才活力。[Purpose/Significance]This paper tracks and studies the recent development of intellectualization of American military intelligence work in order to provide inspiration for related work in China.[Method/Process]It sorts out the presentation of military intelligence work, summarizes and analyzes paths and main characteristics of American military intelligence work.[Result/Conclusion]The United States mainly promotes the intellectualization of military intelligence work from four aspects: strategic guidance, technical support, system reform and personnel training. To cope with this, we should focus on top-level design with a cutting-edge vision, take the lead in technology with innovation and creation, pool superior resources with institutional reform, and stimulate the vitality of talents with high-quality education.
